Documents:

1. Once you have completed our Free Quote Intake Form and sent us your document, we perform a word count. For translations, we do a preliminary AI translation to establish the English word count. For editing of existing translations, we use the original document’s word count.
2. We send you a proposal based on your service choice (Translation or Editing Only) requesting a 50% deposit, payable online
3. Upon acceptance of our proposal and payment of the 50% deposit, we translate or edit your document into proper English according to your specifications. For example, if specific a font or formatting is required for publication in a technical journal, we will ensure the English translation complies with your specifications.
4. We will then send you the edited draft English translation for your acceptance.
5. If after you review the draft English translation you want to add more text, we will do so at the standard word count rate for the additional text and send you a second draft.
6. If you require further editing of a draft, we will edit the draft one more time at no additional charge to ensure your satisfaction.
7. We will then send you our finalized translation along with an invoice for the final 50%, payable within 10 days online. NOTE: Non-payment of the 50% balance within 10 days will preclude you from further services.​​

PowerPoint Translation:

Translation of PowerPoint presentations into English follows the same procedure as above but includes translation into English the text on each slide and any accompanying Speaker Notes.
