Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the translation and media services provided by English Translations Factory. By accepting a proposal or submitting an intake form, the Client agrees to these terms.

Services & Rates

  • Standard Document Translation: Starting at $0.15 per word.
  • Technical/Specialized Translation: Starting at $0.30 per word.
  • PowerPoint to MP4 Video: $5 per slide for speaker notes to voice-over; $10 per slide if on-screen text requires editing.
  • Express Service: Projects requiring a turnaround of less than 48 hours are subject to a 25% rush fee.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept multiple currencies, including USD, CNY, TWD, and Thai Baht, as well as AliPay. Work begins only after the initial deposit or full payment (as specified in the proposal) is received.

Confidentiality

English Translations Factory treats all client documents as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or leak any source material provided for translation.
